The Pipes and Drums of the Police Emerald Society of Westchester Band was founded in May 1973 under the direction of Lt. Martin J. Harding of the Yonkers Police Department. Our membership is comprised of local, state, and federal Officers from Police Departments and agencies located within the County of Westchester, New York.

Wappingers Falls NY. The parade that kicks off the Holy Season. Join us as we play our tunes, marching down Main Street in the heart of Wappingers Falls.

The Band continues it’s tradition of marching in the legendary 5th Avenue parade, playing tunes as we march by NYC’s St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The pinnacle of the Holy Season.

The Band leads this parade up McLean Avenue, flanked by large crowds, Irish Pubs, restaurants, and the businesses that line this street in the heart of a large Irish community.

The Band is proud to play in this parade to finish up our Holy Season Schedule. The Pearl River Parade is one of the biggest St. Patrick’s Day parades in the region, with crowds unlike anywhere else outside of NYC.
